Refund Policy

At KasiBot.io, we strive to deliver exceptional AI-powered automation services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued. By using our services, you agree to this policy as part of our overall Terms & Conditions.
 

1. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial so you can experience KasiBot.io before subscribing.

  • If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.

  • Once your subscription or contract becomes active, this Refund Policy applies in full.
     

2. Setup Fees (Non-Refundable)

Each AI Agent includes a one-time setup fee that covers configuration, onboarding and system customization.

  • KasiBook: $1,500 setup fee

  • KasiPro: $3,000 setup fee

  • KasiEnterprise: Custom setup fee (determined per project)
     

Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding or configuration has begun, as they cover direct labour, system preparation and integration work unique to your business.

Subscription Payments

  • All subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

  • Once a subscription period has started, payments for that period cannot be refunded — even if you cancel partway through.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals or charges.

  • Early termination of a fixed-term contract may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to two (2) months of the contract term, as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
     

4. Demo Agents

Demo Agents are for demonstration purposes only and do not represent full product functionality.
No refunds are available for demo experiences, as they are not paid services.
A demo agent is upgraded to a full AI assistant only after payment of the setup fee and signing of a service contract.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate or incorrect billing).

  • A verified technical failure on our side prevented you from accessing paid services.

  • A refund is required by applicable law or consumer protection regulations.
     

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Dissatisfaction arising from AI agent behaviour, tone or output.

  • Misunderstanding of service features already described on our website.

  • Client-side configuration errors or data issues.
     

6. Payment Failures & Suspensions

If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, services may be suspended until payment is made.

  • Overdue balances may incur a 5% late payment fee per month.

  • Suspended accounts do not qualify for refunds during the suspension period.

  • If an account is terminated due to non-payment or policy violations, no refunds will be issued for any remaining term.

    Account Reactivation After Suspension or Cancellation 
    If your account is suspended or cancelled and you wish to resume services, a new setup fee will apply.
    KasiBot.io does not retain configuration data or AI Agent setups for cancelled or terminated accounts.
    Reactivation requires full re-onboarding and setup as a new client to ensure proper functionality and data compliance.

    7. How to Request a Refund
    To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following details:

Include:

  • Your full name and account email

  • Proof of payment or transaction reference

  • A clear explanation of the issue

  • Our billing team will review your request within 5–10 business days.

    8. Processing of Refunds
    If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–14 business days). Refunds will only be issued to the account used for the original payment — no exceptions.

    9. No Refunds After Onboarding Completion
    Once your AI Agent has been fully configured, integrated and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

    This includes but is not limited to:

  • Completion of the onboarding process

  • Deployment of the AI system

  • Delivery of configuration files or integration details

    10. Changes to This Policy
    KasiBot.io may update or revise this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
