Terms & Conditions

Welcome to KasiBot.io. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
 

1. Definitions

"KasiBot.io" : "We", "Us" or "Our" refers to the company providing the services described in this agreement.

"Client" : "You", or "User" refers to the individual or business using KasiBot.io’s products or services.

"AI Agent" : means the automated assistant, chatbot or system configured and deployed as part of the KasiBot.io services.

"Services" : refers to all software, tools, features and support provided by KasiBot.io, whether paid or free.

"Agreement" : means these Terms & Conditions, including any referenced documents such as the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
 

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using KasiBot.io, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms & Conditions form part of your contractual agreement with KasiBot.io.
 

3. Services Provided

KasiBot.io provides AI-powered solutions to help businesses automate bookings, customer communications and operational tasks.
Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • AI phone assistants and chatbots

  • Appointment scheduling and automation

  • Knowledge base configuration

  • Business call handling and inquiry management
     

We may update, enhance or modify these services at any time to improve performance or functionality.
This will not affect your current KasiBot.io Plan. Only changeable feature requests initiated by you may affect your plan.
 

4. User Responsibilities

When using our website or services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.

  • Use KasiBot.io only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

  • Not attempt to copy, modify, resell, or misuse our platform or its AI systems.
     

Ensure that any data or content you provide is accurate, compliant with applicable laws, and free from malicious code.
 

5. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches.
KasiBot.io is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
 

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Setup Fees

Certain services require a paid subscription or contract-based agreement.
Prices and payment terms are displayed on our website.

Each AI Agent includes a one-time setup fee, which is included in the first instalment:

  • KasiBook: $1,500 setup fee

  • KasiPro: $3,000 setup fee

  • KasiEnterprise: Custom setup fee (determined per project)
     

Setup fees cover initial configuration, onboarding and system customization.
Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding or configuration begins.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
 

Late or Failed Payments

If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, KasiBot.io reserves the right to suspend services until payment is made.

Overdue balances may incur a 5% late payment fee per month.

Repeated payment failures may result in account termination.
 

7. Contract Duration

By subscribing to a KasiBot plan, you agree to a fixed-term service contract as follows:

  • KasiBook: 6-month contract

  • KasiPro: 6-month contract

  • KasiEnterprise: 12-month (1-year) contract
     

Contracts automatically renew unless terminated prior to renewal.
Early cancellation may incur a termination fee equivalent to two (2) months of the contract.
 

8. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our official Refund Policy.
Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding or development work has started.

9. Demo Agents

Demo agents are provided for demonstration purposes only. They do not represent full product functionality and cannot be deployed for live business use.

A demo agent becomes a fully functional AI assistant only once:

  • ​The setup fee has been paid, and

  • A valid service contract is signed.
     

Until then, the demo agent remains the intellectual property of KasiBot.io and may not be used commercially.
 

10. AI Accuracy & Limitations

KasiBot's AI assistants use advanced automation and natural language models; however, they are not infallible.
While designed for accuracy and reliability, agents can and may make mistakes. KasiBot.io does not guarantee perfect performance or 100% uptime.
 

Clients acknowledge that:

  • Human oversight is required for critical business operations.

  • KasiBot.io shall not be held liable for inaccuracies or miscommunications produced by the AI system.
     

11. Third-Party Services

KasiBot.io may integrate with or rely on third-party applications (e.g., WhatsApp, Meta, Google, Twilio and many more).
KasiBot.io is not responsible for the availability, performance or data handling practices of such third-party services.
Clients must comply with the terms of those providers when using such integrations.
 

12. Onboarding & Implementation Timeline

Once payment and contracts are confirmed, onboarding and setup begin.
The standard implementation timeline is approximately two (2) weeks, which includes:

  • Business data collection and setup

  • Knowledge base configuration

  • AI Agent production and integration

  • Testing and internal review

  • Final integrations and handover
     

Timelines may vary based on complexity, internal integrations or project scope.
 

13. Data, Privacy & Confidentiality

We value your privacy and protect your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All client data provided during onboarding is treated as confidential.
KasiBot.io will never sell or share client data with third parties.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the legality and accuracy of information used within their agents.
 

Data Ownership

All client-owned data input into the KasiBot.io platform remains the property of the client.

KasiBot.io retains the right to use anonymized and aggregated data solely for service improvement, analytics and performance optimization.

Clients are responsible for obtaining consent from their customers for any data collected or processed through their AI agent.
 

14. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, software and materials available on KasiBot.io remain the exclusive property of KasiBot.io.
Clients receive a limited license to use their configured AI system for the duration of their contract.
Reproduction, resale or redistribution of our technology without authorization is strictly prohibited.

Custom Development & Ownership

Custom features, configurations or scripts developed by KasiBot.io as part of any project remain the intellectual property of KasiBot.io unless otherwise agreed in a signed written statement.
 

15. Support & Maintenance

Active subscriptions include ongoing technical support, maintenance and updates as part of the chosen plan.
Major customizations, integrations or feature requests may incur additional charges.
 

16. Limitation of Liability

KasiBot.io is provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance.
KasiBot.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss or service interruptions.
 

Service Level Disclaimer

KasiBot.io aims for 99% uptime, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Scheduled maintenance or external network issues may temporarily affect availability.
 

17. Termination of Use

KasiBot.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any service or account if:

  • The client violates these Terms & Conditions,

  • Payment obligations are not met, or

  • The system is used for illegal or unethical purposes.
     

During suspension, access to data or AI systems may be restricted. KasiBot.io will retain client data for 30 days after suspension, after which it may be permanently deleted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 

18. Force Majeure

KasiBot.io shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet failures, power outages, cyber incidents or acts of war.
 

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
 

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between KasiBot.io and the client.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
 

21. Amendments & Updates

KasiBot.io may update or revise these Terms & Conditions periodically.
All changes will be published on our website, and continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

23. Disclaimer

KasiBot.io provides AI automation services “as is.”
By using or subscribing to any KasiBot plan, the client acknowledges that KasiBot.io is not liable for any damages, inaccuracies or business outcomes resulting from the AI system’s operation.
